And after this resent update im not able to download any music either does. Spotify unable to download. I'm unable to download playlist even though i have already switched on the 'download using cellular'. It keeps prompting me to go to settings and switch on the download using cellular. I never had this problem before. Tonight I got soooo pissed off because of this stupid error, I cancelled my subscription with spotify. After trying to reinstall it i get a message saying 'Unable to download spotify. Trying again in X seconds' I have tried turning off my firewall and nothing helped, tried running in compatibility mode, but it says you can't run the installation under an administrator account. Hello, I have a premium Spotify account, accessing via iPad & Macbook without issues. Recently bought iPhone 5 but unable to download the Spotify app, the download button is constantly greyed out. Any ideas how to resolve this? The app worked fine on the previous iPhone 4S I had. I have a MacBook Air and yesterday the pause and skip buttons stopped working for Spotify on the keyboard. I've tried contacting Spotify via email as well as searching on the cummunity support section of the Spotify website. To fix the problem click on Spotify in the menu bar, then services then system preferences. Once opened go to keyboard on the left hand side and click 'Restore Defaults' in the bottom right hand corner. This should fix the problem.
